Our professional development programs provide resources for high school teachers to integrate industry-aligned AI curriculum into secondary classrooms. Through expert-led workshops, self-paced training, and a national community of practice, we provide the tools and credentials needed to high school students to learn foundational AI concepts and skills before transitioning to college and the workforce. We equip educators with the confidence to prepare students for high-demand AI career pathways and technical education nationwide.
High School TeachersHow can community colleges and high school districts unite to transform AI from a buzzword into a clear, reliable pathway to student success? This question sits at the heart of our partnership between the Education Strategy Group (ESG) and the National Applied AI Consortium (NAAIC). We are bridging the gap between classroom learning and the workforce by creating standardized, replicable dual enrollment models that help institutions scale cutting-edge AI pathways nationwide.

AI is no longer a niche field—it is a foundational skill set. We strive to transform successful local models into a standardized, national playbook that empowers institutions to build seamless transitions from high school to postsecondary credentials. By creating highly structured, guided pathways, we ensure every student has a clear, accelerated route to an AI degree and stackable certifications that translate directly into the workforce. The finalized playbook is scheduled for publication in Summer 2027.
We are removing the barriers to implementation by providing institutions with the tools, mapping, and frameworks needed to launch robust AI programs with confidence. This isn't just about adding new courses; it's about creating a sustainable ecosystem of K-12, postsecondary, and industry leaders committed to equity and excellence in tech education.
Join us in redefining what's possible for the next generation. Let's build the future of AI education, together.
