This 1-week cohort helps participants build practical AI-powered workflows to boost daily productivity, using IBM tools and the free version of IBM Bob for hands-on practice. Through two guided sessions, learners will identify repetitive tasks worth automating, build simple AI-assisted tools and workflows with IBM Bob, and walk away with reusable systems that save time in their real work — all without needing a paid license.

What You’ll Learn

  • Identify repetitive or time-consuming tasks suitable for AI-assisted automation
  • Set up and use IBM Bob (free version) for hands-on AI-assisted development
  • Design a practical AI workflow tailored to a real work use case using IBM tools
  • Build and test simple AI-powered productivity tools using prompt-based development in Bob
  • Integrate AI-built tools into existing daily workflows (e.g., email, documentation, task management)
  • Evaluate the capabilities and limitations of the free version of IBM Bob for ongoing use
  • Apply best practices for maintaining and iterating on AI workflows over time

Registering for the IBM SkillsBuild Webinar

1. Click the teal Register button on the NAAIC event page.

2. You will be prompted to Log-in or register for IBM SkillsBuild.
