ML Foundations - Course Syllabus

Introductory course designed to provide hands-on experience with machine learning concepts, techniques, and real-world applications. Students will learn about data acquisition, supervised, unsupervised, and reinforced learning, and develop and deploy AI models using classification algorithms. The course covers essential programming fundamentals, popular AI packages, and emphasizes an entrepreneurial mindset, design, and systems thinking. The course does not require a prescribed textbook, instead, it utilizes up-to-date articles, tutorials, and other resources to ensure flexibility and incorporation of emerging topics and industry practices
