Info Session | Navigating the AI Landscape: Balancing Learning Integrity with Career Readiness

As AI transforms education and work, how can educators ensure it enhances rather than replaces learning? This webinar explores practical strategies to support student success, skill acquisition, and career readiness in an AI-driven world.

Zoom

As educational systems scale dual enrollment pathways, faculty across high schools, community colleges, and universities face a shared challenge: preparing students for postsecondary success and an AI-driven workforce without compromising learning itself. When implemented without strategy, AI risks becoming a cognitive shortcut that hinders deep learning, skill retention, and human agency. When integrated intentionally, it becomes a powerful partner for intellectual growth and career prosperity.

This webinar explores what students will encounter as they navigate AI in higher education and the modern workplace. Drawing on cognitive psychology and real-world implementation insights from higher education, this session outlines key considerations for educators and academic leaders working to ensure AI enhances learning, skill acquisition, and career development.

Info Session: AI Fundamentals_A Training Series for High School Educators

Looking for a clear roadmap to equip your high school students with the essential artificial intelligence skills they need for the future?

Virtual

Join NAAIC, aiEDU and AI4K12.org for an exclusive, forward-looking edWebinar designed to connect high school educators with free, world-class professional development opportunities in AI foundations. Moderated by Dr. Amy Rubinson, this session will walk you through two game-changing, free training programs launching for the 2026–2027 school year.

Representatives from aiEDU and AI4K12.org will join us to preview their upcoming cohorts, explain how these interactive training sessions work, and share why these programs are a must-attend for educators looking to bring practical AI skills to their classrooms. During this edWebinar, we will explore:

  • The aiEDU Professional Development Series: Built specifically for high school CTE teachers, this hybrid program prepares educators to seamlessly integrate AI literacy into career pathway courses. Discover how to help students use AI responsibly, evaluate LLM limitations, and connect AI competencies directly to future career readiness.
  • The AI4K12.org High School AI Project Cohort: Designed for high school computer science and AI teachers, this project-based series pulls back the curtain on how AI systems work “under the hood.” Get a preview of ready-to-adapt classroom projects covering Neural Networks, Image Generation (Diffusion), and Text Generation (from Markov Chains to LLMs).
  • Exclusive Priority Access: Because capacity is strictly limited (75 teachers per cohort for aiEDU; 100 teachers for AI4K12), attendees will receive the very first opportunity to secure their spots before general registration opens.

We will conclude with a live Q&A session where you can ask our program partners direct questions about the curriculum, scheduling, and classroom implementation support. Plus, we will share a preview of more upcoming training opportunities on the horizon. This edWebinar will be of interest to high school CTE teachers, computer science and STEM educators, school leaders, and district administrators.
